ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Memphis, Tennessee. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Tele Job Details: • Work 48-hour or 36-hour shifts as assigned • Patient ratio of 1:6/7 for days, nights, and weekends • On-call availability as needed • Weekend coverage as needed • Float between like units and campuses within 20 miles as needed • Care for adult and geriatric patients on 45-bed unit with daily census of 30-35 • Provide care for primary surgical oncology patients with medical oncology overflow and medical-surgical overflow • Manage patients with central lines (PAC, PICC lines, and midlines) • Perform wound care, drain management, ostomy care, and Foley catheter care • Work with PCA pumps and assist with chemotherapy administration (ONS nurses only) • Limited phlebotomy coverage available at night • 2 years of nursing experience required (3 years preferred) • Medical Surgical Oncology experience required • Level I Trauma experience required • Travel experience required • Large hospital experience required • At least 1 completed previous travel assignment required • Required certifications: BLS, NIHSS • Skills include: Administer Chemo, Conscious Sedation, IV START • Active RN license in state or compact license required • Cerner experience preferred • Must live at least 100 miles from facility • Flu vaccine required with no exemptions • Must work 2 of 3 holidays if Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years fall during assignment Facility: This healthcare facility is a Level I Trauma Center providing short-term acute care services.
