Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Job Details: • Work 36 hours per week on night shifts • Medical Surgical Ortho unit specializing in orthopedic care • Team nursing ratios (discuss with manager during interview) • On-call shifts as needed • Weekend coverage as needed • Must have 2 years of nursing experience (3 years preferred) • Ortho experience required • Level I Trauma experience required • Travel experience required • Large hospital experience required • Active RN license in state or compact license required • Flu vaccine required with no exemptions • Cerner experience preferred • ADN acceptable for this position • Must live at least 100 miles from facility (strict radius rule) • First-time travelers not accepted • All time off requests must be included at time of submission • Holiday requirements apply during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's • May float between like units and campuses within 20 miles Facility: This healthcare organization operates as a short-term acute care facility and Level I Trauma Center, providing comprehensive emergency and specialized medical services.
