population. Job Overview: As a Licensed Mental Health Professional
at Ultra Health, you will play a vital role in supporting the
emotional and psychological well-being of residents in senior care
communities. Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary
team, you will deliver high-quality psychotherapy and help foster a
supportive environment where residents can explore their
experiences, manage challenges, and enhance their sense of purpose
and well-being. This position involves traveling to three local
facilities, one in each of the following locations: Covington, TN,
Ripley, TN and Memphis, TN Roles and Responsibilities: Provide
compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy services to residents
within senior living environments, which may include long-term
care, assisted living, and independent living facilities.
Facilitate individual, group, family, and crisis intervention
sessions using appropriate therapeutic modalities. Conduct
comprehensive assessments, formulate DSM-5–based diagnoses, and
develop individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with
physicians, nurses, and facility personnel to ensure coordinated,
holistic care. Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant
documentation in the facility’s EMR system, utilizing appropriate
ICD-10 coding. Adhere to HIPAA, state, and federal regulations
while upholding ethical standards of clinical practice. Minimum
Qualifications Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work,
Psychology or related field. Active Social Work/Counseling license
(LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or equivalent (or eligibility to obtain). Minimum
of 1–2 years of experience providing psychotherapy to adult or
geriatric populations. Preferred Experience: Previous experience in
long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing environments.
Exposure to and understanding dementia and other cognitive
impairments, including strategies for managing behavioral and
emotional changes. Working knowledge of HIPAA, ICD-10 coding, and
EMR documentation standards. Familiarity with trauma-informed,
person-centered, and culturally competent care models. Demonstrated
proficiency in cognitive-behavioral and supportive therapy
approaches. Preferred Skills Dependable, organized, and able to

interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities. Professional
