are seeking a dedicated and experienced Blood Bank Supervisor to
lead our blood bank operations, ensuring the safe and efficient
collection, testing, processing, and storage of blood products.

Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the blood bank,
including blood collection, testing, processing, and inventory
management. - Supervise and coordinate the work of laboratory
staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and hospital
policies. - Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for
all blood bank activities. - Maintain quality control and quality
assurance programs to meet accreditation and safety standards. -
Collaborate with medical staff and external agencies to facilitate
blood product needs and donor management. - Monitor inventory
levels and coordinate procurement to prevent shortages or wastage.
- Train and evaluate staff, fostering a culture of continuous
improvement and professional development. - Stay current with
advancements in blood banking technology and regulatory

career development. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: -
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical
Laboratory Technology, or a related field; advanced degree
preferred - Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist or
equivalent credential - Proven experience in a laboratory
leadership or supervisory role - Extensive knowledge of laboratory
procedures, instrumentation, and quality control - Strong
organizational and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication
and team management abilities - Familiarity with regulatory
standards such as CLIA, CAP, or ISO 15189 - Ability to adapt to
evolving technologies and industry best practices
