Job Description Shift: 4:00 PM-12:00 AM Hourly Rate: $26.08 an hour $0.40 shift differential Do you have a taste for something big? We are hiring for an onsite Sanitor to help produce our delicious products at our Humboldt, TN plant. The primary function of this position is to maintain plant Sanitation standards to produce safe foods and to remove large waste from the facility and deliver appropriate cleaning chemicals to the line. You will report to the Quality Manager and work on a team of 6. Hourly Rate: $26.08 Shift: 2nd (4pm-12am) You Will: - Ensure all equipment and utensils used in the manufacture of product is returned to sanitary conditions at the end of a production run. Specific responsibilities vary based on line requirements. - Pump chemical, rinse and sanitizer through all lines run that day - Calculate appropriate chemical concentrations for the application. - Use Floor scrubber - Inspect Coolers and Freezers for debris and spills - Empty Lab waste and trash. Ensure cans remain in sanitary condition. - Bring Chemical from chemical cage to point of use - Chemical Inventory. (First and Last day of week) - Empty and rinse all trash hoppers, waste drums/totes - Clean Compactor area (at least once a week) - Clean Chemical Cage (at least once a week) - All waste removed from filler area. - All waste/reclaim drums labels removed - Clean debris from drain baskets (Once a week) - Clean and fill all foot cleaning stations (Daily) - Place Sani Step at ramp or ensure foamer fill (Daily) - Calculate appropriate chemical concentrations for the application. - Other responsibilities as assigned You Have: - Must communicate in English as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations. - Forklift certified - High School diploma or proof of GED.
