Job Description:
TruckPro, LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account
Manager to join our dedicated team in the heart of the automotive
industry. With a legacy spanning over six decades, TruckPro, LLC
prides itself as a premier supplier of heavy-duty truck and trailer
parts and services across North America. As an Account Manager, you
will play a pivotal role in sustaining and expanding our client
base, leveraging our extensive product range and deep industry
knowledge to meet the diverse needs of our valued customers in the
transportation sector. This position calls for a strategic thinker
with a robust background in sales and a deep understanding of the
automotive parts landscape. Develop and maintain long-lasting
customer relationships within the transportation industry. Identify
new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and
market trends. Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and
proposals that align with client requirements. Negotiate contracts
and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring clients’
needs are met. Serve as the primary point of contact for all
customer account management matters. Collaborate with sales team to
achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Provide periodic
reports on account status, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Strong understanding of the automotive market, especially in truck
and trailer parts. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while
maintaining sharp attention to detail. Excellent negotiation and
communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
