Job Title: Desktop Support Technician I

Location: 1450 Highway 6 East, Batesville, MS 38606
08601Duration: 3-Months Contract to hire

Max Pay rate: $22.00/hr



Desktop Support Tech I - 1450 Highway 6 East, Batesville, MS 38606

Work Hours: M-F 7 AM-4 PM or 8 AM - 5 PM- No on-call.

Candidates must be willing to accept up to $22/hr. at time of conversion depending on experience and performance.

Please be sure to set this expectation with the candidate prior to submitting to the req. If candidate is paid more than $22/hr. by the vendor, candidate may be rejected upon conversion.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains, analyzes, and troubleshoots, computer hardware and software (O365 suite). Troubleshoot printers. Interacts with customers, responding to routine technical questions or requests for information. Conducts password changes. Computer imaging and wiping. Shipping back assets to depot. Utilizes ServiceNow for ticketing, Escalates problems/issues to higher level support if unable to resolve. TOP 2 SKILLS REQUIRED: Desktop Support (Min. 1 year experience) and customer service. A+ certification is a plus.
