Job Title: Production SupervisorJob Type: Full-TimeLocation: Booneville, MSReports to: SuperintendentResponsibilities:Execute Plant scheduling of finished productDirect Operations shift activitiesacross the plant floorChampion Leanmanufacturing training and shop floor education for the shiftReview and analyze daily production dataAlign resources to achieve daily work planAchieve operational goals regarding safety, quality, yields, labor and cost savingsImplement continuous improvement process to improve yields and profitabilityCollaborate with Superintendents and Operations Manager on new product opportunitiesCoach/develop workforce to maintain employee engagement and identify the next generation of leaders.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
