CDL-A Dedicated Team Truck Driver Benefits:

* $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified drivers through April 30, 2021! ($2,500 at 90 and 180 days)
* Competitive pay:
* Average $1,531 per week / $79,612 per year split
* Starting pay of .61 cpm split until 6 months
* After 6 months' pay is .62 cpm split until 1-year anniversary
* Top pay .63 cpm split reached upon 1-year anniversary
* Average of 4,800 miles per week, split
* Unloading pay of 13.5 cents per piece
* Company sponsored per diem program


* This team position will primarily be running out West to Idaho, Utah, Montana and/or Arizona
* Runs typically begin on Sunday morning and return Friday mornings; may depart on Monday
* Weekend home time
* Pick up a load of shoes at the customer's distribution center located in Evansville
* Set out for delivery to retail stores located throughout America
* After making all deliveries and return pickups, you may make a backhaul pickup at either a customer vendor or a 3rd party customer
* Average route will have 5-7 stores to deliver to with some store returns being picked
* Driver is to move product to the rear of trailer and assist customer. Conveyer rollers will be provided to assist driver
* Paid time off including 8 paid holidays (after 90 days)
