Wet End Operator Job DescriptionAt Pratt Industries, we're seeking a skilled Wet End Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for running the single-facer or doublebacker and assisting in wet-end and dry-end operations.Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain wet-end equipment, including the single-facer and doublebacker.
• Verify correct roll stock is received and used, ensuring proper size and grade of paper to be run.
• Make splices and paper changes as necessary to maintain efficient production.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues with wet-end operations.Requirements:
  • Experience in a paper mill or corrugator environment.
  • Strong understanding of wet-end operations and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
