Job SummaryAssist in providing Human Resources support to assigned function, including, recruitment and retention, staffing and orientation, employee relations, payroll, project management, training and development, and assisting in the coordination of Human Resource planning initiatives. Minimum 1 year related experience.Position ResponsibilitiesProvide daily business HR partnership and consultation for assigned functional team.Provide coaching and advice to management on ways to administer HR programs and manage employee issues.Help implement approved employee relations' policies, providing assistance to functional leadership.Lead overall organization of Human Resource programs within the assigned team, including EEO, unemployment, litigation, retention, termination, turnover, and severance issuesPartner with cross-functional HR peers, HR centers of excellence and other businesses including Staffing, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Finance and Legal.Help implement approved programs and policies to ensure enhancement and acceptance of diversity and proper EEO/AAP legal compliance.Facilitate, in partnership with talent acquisition organization, the recruitment pipeline for current openings, candidate selection and future recruiting needs.Design and execute ad hoc reporting, conduct analysis and draw conclusions that aide in making decisions.Education and Experience:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.At least one year of human resource management experience preferred.Physical Requirements:Candidate must have the ability to perform the following physical functions with or without an accommodation:Occasionally lift/carry, pushing/pulling up to 50lbs.Frequent walking and/or standing, occasional bending/stooping, and frequently sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.Must be able to access and navigate each department in the facility.Exposure to manufacturing environment where candidate would be required to wear PPE and GMP required attire.#LI-SM1#LI-OnsiteOur Benefits:We care about your total well-being and will support you with the following, subject to your location and role:Health: Medical, dental and vision insurance, company-paid life, accident and disability insuranceWealth: great pay, incentive opportunity, matching 401(k) and stock purchase planGrowth: online courses, virtual and classroom development experiencesBalance: paid-time off, parental leave, flexible work-schedules (subject to your location and role)Our Company:Conagra Brands is one of North America's leading branded food companies.
