Inspire Your Team You'll inspire and bring clarity to the vision and strategy by developing a deep understanding of site-level and company-wide strategic plans. Your role includes actively supporting change and guiding your team through new processes, ensuring everyone sees the connection between their actions and broader goals. Collaborate closely with the Site Manager to track and report on key performance indicators. Address roadblocks, ensure smooth processes, and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business success. Your Qualifications We're looking for someone with an Associate's degree or equivalent experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient computer skills, and ideally some planner/scheduler experience. Your expertise in supervisory roles and a manufacturing environment will set you apart.
