Evaluate reliability, compatibility, and functionality of server
products. Build, test, and troubleshoot new products. Test,
benchmark, and document findings for new products. Ensure finished
products meet company quality standards. Perform tests and
troubleshoot assemblies or final systems. Follow Test Process
Instructions (TPI) for accurate execution. Determine test
specifications, methods, and procedures based on Statement of Work
(SOW). Complete rework on assemblies and/or systems. Prepare
technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions.
Assist with unpacking, packaging, labeling, and crating as needed.
Requirements and Education: Minimum 6 months of related experience
required. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Good
written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with computer
components and handling. Ability to regularly lift, push, and/or
move up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for prolonged periods and
work on ladders or stools. High school diploma or GED required.
Knowledge of basic office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
databases). Understanding of manufacturing systems is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and
time management. Effective at delegation and multitasking.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently
and as part of a team. Perks: Monday-to-Friday work schedule for

minimum of 5 hours on Saturdays and receive a $75 bonus. Hours and
Compensation: AM Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM (Monday – Friday) |
$17.50/hour PM Shift: 4:15 PM - 12:45 AM (Monday – Friday) |
$19.50/hour Overtime opportunities available. Additional bonus pay
