Job Description:
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a motivated
Service Technician I to join our technical support team. This role
is crucial for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our
security systems, which include alarms, surveillance, and access
control systems. The successful candidate will help in ensuring
that all technical aspects of our security solutions are
functioning at optimal levels to safeguard the assets, individuals,
and premises of our clients. Perform routine maintenance and
emergency repairs of security equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve
issues with alarms, surveillance cameras, and access control
systems. Provide technical support and guidance to clients on the
operation of security systems. Log all service and repair
activities to comply with company policies and industry
regulations. Work closely with the technical support team to
develop and implement system improvements. Ensure tools and
equipment are kept in good working order and adhere to safety
protocols. Solid understanding of electronic security systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Effective
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to read and
interpret technical diagrams and manuals Proficiency with hand and
power tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Certified Alarm Technician (CAT) Level I
preferred Any relevant manufacturer-specific certifications in
security systems
