Job Description:

Seeking a PLC Programmer near the Jackson, TN area! Job Description:Responsible for the support of field instrumentation, analytical and monitoring systems, be able to setup hardware and program Allen Brady PLC's and HMI's from scratch, Setup AC and Servo Drives, performing all necessary electrical maintenance services to maximize the operation of all production lines and provide maintenance support to the facility. Responsible for promoting all plant safety, GMP, food safety policies, and procedures.

• Maintains the correct operation of all the production lines including all safety and electrical services.
• Perform firmware upgrades to PLC, HMI's
• Configure Network devices Such has 9300-ENA
• Write PLC Code, and HMI programs from Scratch
• Proficient with Factory Talk Me and SE
• Proficient with Wonderware
• Familiar with Thin Clients
• Familiar with Network and Server Protocols
• Experience with Database Programing
• Performs all electrical maintenance, adjustments, and preventive maintenance of equipment to improve its operation and reliability.
• Perform all work conforming to the company, state and local and NEC codes.
• Follow all Safety and Good Manufacturing Policy rules.
• Exhibit flexibility when needed to help on special projects or in other areas of the facility when needed.
• Assists employees in the training of equipment safety and operating methods to maximize efficiencies
• Communication with maintenance leadership via email and also proficiency with SAP computerized maintenance system.
• Performs other duties as assigned in support of maintaining the facility and production lines producing safe, quality food.Additional Skills & Qualifications:
  • The employee must be able to read, write, keep accurate and legible paperwork, and enter data into computer relative to the job requirements
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical and Allen Bradley
  • They have high tech equipment so would like to see experience in the electrical field
  • Must be able to program from scratch
