What You ll Do

• Perform daily inpatient medical rounding
• Assess, diagnose, and manage treatment plans
• Complete clear, timely notes and charting
• Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, and families
• Partner with care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes

What We re Looking For

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensed in TN (or eligible)
• Experience in inpatient or hospitalist settings
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
