Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00-4:30pm Territory : Camden, TN and the surrounding counties. Your responsibilities will include: • Providing personal care such as bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and linen changes • Assisting with dressing, feeding, and daily activities • Preparing nutritious meals and completing light shopping • Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition to the Case Manager • Supporting skin integrity and overall comfort Qualifications • Active state certification as a Nurse Aide • Clear listing on the state aide registry • Minimum age of 18 (unless state law differs) • Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle Ready to Start a Rewarding Career?
