Job Description All Star Healthcare Solutions is seeking a board-certified infectious disease physician for a permanent opportunity at an HIV clinic in Memphis, Tennessee. Job Details: - Location: Southwest Tennessee - Status: Active - Specialty: Infectious Disease, MD/DO - Position Type: Permanent, full-time - Certification Requirements: Board Certified in Infectious Disease - License Requirements: Tennessee license and DEA required - Patient Volume: 15–18 patients per day - Work Setting: HIV outpatient clinic - Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. - Call: Shared phone-only call coverage - Admin Time: Scheduled within clinic hours - EMR: Athena Compensation & Incentives: - $100K retention bonus - $10K sign-on bonus - Up to $2,500 quarterly bonus - Productivity bonus: $100 per patient over 14 per day (up to $96K annually) Benefits: - Malpractice and tail coverage - Health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with matching - 3 weeks PTO (increases to 4 weeks after 2 years) - 5 CME days with $3,500 annual stipend - Relocation assistance Will accept an H1b visa sponsorship
