Job Description Exceptional full-time opportunities exist for BE/BC Family Medicine physicians to join this Jackson, Tennessee employer. Urgent Care/Convenient Care setting - See patients Monday-Saturday 8am-8pm and Sunday 12pm-6pm. Enjoy flexible scheduling, no after-hours calls, easy access to 25 specialties and subspecialties and shared EHR across all departments. Convenient Care offers comprehensive walk-in care. Complete diagnostic equipment is on-site for testing and x-rays. 6 & 12 hour shifts, 15-17 shifts per month with average of 2 weekends per month. Hospitalist - 7 on 7 off, no procedures as they are covered by in-house interventional radiology. APPs cover nighttime call and physicians backup APPs if needed. Physicians generally see 15-20 patients per day. Coverage provided at hospital. Outpatient practice - Outpatient opportunities available in several campuses throughout the clinic including rural satellite clinics. - Physician Owned & Governed (buy in at the end of your first year) - Excellent Benefits - Sign-on Bonus - 2 Year Salary Guarantee followed by Production-Based Pay Formula - Relocation Reimbursement up to $10,000 - Educational Allowance & Leave - Sabbatical Program (8 week program) Jackson is located in West Tennessee.
