LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Memphis, Tennessee. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Stepdown Start Date: ASAP Schedule: 36 or 48 Hours per Week (Schedule may change during interview) Position Summary: Seeking an experienced Stepdown/Med Surg Overflow RN for a 48-bed cardiac stepdown unit providing close monitoring and multidisciplinary care for patients requiring more than medical-surgical level care but less than ICU. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience (greater than 2 years preferred) - Level I Trauma, large hospital, and travel experience required - Telemetry experience and IV start skills preferred - ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required - First-time travelers not accepted - Locals within 100-mile radius not accepted - Pending licenses not accepted (must follow NLC guidelines) - All RTO must be submitted at time of application Schedule Notes: - On-call and weekend shifts as needed - Every other weekend coverage may be required - Block scheduling not guaranteed Only fully compliant and qualified candidates should apply.
