This part-time role offers 10 working days per month with a focus on improving patient outcomes and supporting advanced practice clinicians. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care and ensure clinical excellence. Supervise and collaborate with nurse practitioners and physician assistants per Tennessee state regulations. Lead monthly clinician meetings to address operational and clinical priorities. Conduct quarterly chart reviews and contribute to annual performance evaluations. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of primary care experience. Active Tennessee medical license (or in progress). DEA registration (active or pending).
