Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Germantown, TN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,141 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Active RN license in the state or compact license required Certifications: BLS required; must be up to date Must-Have: - Level I Trauma experience required - Previous charge experience preferred - Large hospital experience preferred - Cerner experience preferred - At least 1 completed previous travel assignment Description: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of recent emergency room experience. First-time travelers are not accepted unless they have 3 or more years of recent experience. On-call shifts will be required as needed. Weekend shifts may be required as needed. Candidates must be open to working at least 2 out of 3 major holidays if they fall during the assignment. All requests for time off must be included at the time of submission. All candidates must be in compliance with licensing guidelines; no pending licenses will be accepted. Only travelers who live more than 100 miles from the facility will be considered. Travelers are expected to float between like units and campuses within a certain distance. This is a Level I Trauma Center and requires related experience. Candidates should possess strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a high-stress environment.
