the Role We seek a full-time, salaried Physical Therapist to join
our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver individualized,
one-on-one care to patients with diverse diagnoses, including
post-operative rehabilitation, musculoskeletal disorders,
neurological conditions, vestibular disorders, and more. Your
expertise will help patients regain function, alleviate pain, and

Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to
assess movement, strength, and functional abilities. Develop and
implement personalized treatment plans with clear goals and
timelines. Provide hands-on therapy , therapeutic exercises, and
education to patients and their families. Monitor and document
patient progress , adjusting interventions to achieve optimal
outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including
physicians and other healthcare professionals, to ensure
coordinated care. Educate patients on techniques for the
continuation of care and injury prevention. Maintain accurate and
timely documentation in compliance with clinic policies and
regulatory standards. Required Skills Graduate from an accredited
Physical Therapy program . Licensed Physical Therapist in the state
of Tennessee or eligible for licensure. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills with a patient-centered approach. Ability to
work efficiently and effectively in an autonomous environment.
