Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Memphis, TN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,825 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years required License: Active RN license in the state or compact license Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Level I Trauma experience - Travel experience - Large hospital experience Description: Registered Nurse position in a medical surgical unit. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:6 or 1:7. Candidates must possess experience in charge roles and charting systems. This unit serves a variety of patient diagnoses including post-operative care for orthopedic and bariatric patients. Daily census averages 42 patients in a 45-bed unit. Additional support available from interdisciplinary teams including physical therapy and pharmacy. Weekend coverage may be required as needed. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and willing to work during the holiday season if applicable. Floating to similar units may occur within a defined distance.
