Job Description Job Description Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A registered nurse with a focus on the operating room is needed for a contract role located in Germantown, TN. This position requires a strong background in surgical nursing and the ability to work flexible day shifts. Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years recent OR experience with travel or 3 years recent OR experience without travel - Some transplant experience preferred - Valid Tennessee or compact nursing license at the time of application - Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility (no exceptions) - Willingness to take call as discussed during the interview - Ready to provide recent travel order (RTO) at submission Responsibilities: - Provide perioperative care to patients in the operating room - Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and quality of care - Maintain aseptic technique and adhere to hospital protocols - Respond to call shifts as required - Adapt to shift scheduling which may vary and is not guaranteed to be block scheduling Schedule/Hours: - 3 shifts per week, 12-hour day shifts (approximate hours 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) - Scheduling details to be finalized during the interview process Location: Germantown, TN, is a vibrant suburb known for its well-maintained neighborhoods, quality schools, and community amenities.
