ChenMed is seeking a dedicated Associate Clinical Manager to join our innovative team. This role focuses on enhancing the quality of patient care for seniors with complex health conditions by managing day-to-day clinical operations. Based in one of our state-of-the-art clinics, the Associate Clinical Manager will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement healthcare strategies that improve outcomes. This position requires proficiency in clinical workflows, ability to manage a team, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Manage and develop a team of healthcare professionals, providing training and mentorship. Collaborate with other clinical staff to design and implement effective healthcare strategies and improvements. Monitor patient care processes and implement improvements aimed at increasing efficiency and patient satisfaction. Ensure the accuracy and security of patient records. Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and ensure holistic care of patients. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations and medical protocols. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license (preferred but not mandatory). Certification in healthcare management such as a Certified Medical Manager (CMM) or Certified Clinical Manager (CCM) is desirable.
