Assist in the assessment and management of patient care. Coordinate healthcare plans with doctors, nurses, and other medical staff. Monitor patient health status and report significant changes. Support the implementation of patient-specific healthcare programs. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Manage patient data and records with high confidentiality and accuracy. Participate in continuous education sessions to improve skills and knowledge. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in healthcare management systems Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Compassion and dedication to patient care Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CPR certification preferred Any relevant healthcare certifications are a plus
