Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is
available for an Occupational Therapist to support students in a
K-12 school setting located in Belen, NM. This role involves
providing direct therapeutic services to enhance students
functional abilities and support their educational success. Both
full-time and part-time positions are open for the current school
year (CSY) on a contract basis. This is an onsite role requiring
presence within the school environment to collaborate closely with
educators and support staff. Key Responsibilities: Conduct
evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to
student needs Implement therapeutic interventions to improve fine
motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to
support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation
of student goals and outcomes Participate in IEP meetings and
provide expert recommendations to ensure compliance and best
practices Desired Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapy
licensure and certification Experience working in school-based
settings preferred Strong understanding of pediatric OT assessment
and intervention strategies Ability to communicate effectively with
students, families, and educational teams Dedication to supporting
diverse learners and fostering inclusive environments
