Job Description:
Fast Pace Health is dedicated to providing expedient,
comprehensive health services in primary care, urgent care, and
specialty services, focusing on underserved communities. We are
seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to
join our team as a Primary Care Provider. This role involves
working closely with patients to deliver continuous and coordinated
care. The successful candidate will help in diagnosing and treating
various conditions, managing overall patient care, and
collaborating with other healthcare professionals to promote
patient health. This position offers a $10k sign-on bonus and is an
excellent opportunity to grow professionally while making a
significant impact on community health. Conduct patient
assessments, including physical exams and patient history
evaluation. Develop and implement patient management plans, record
progress notes, and maintain a comprehensive electronic medical
record. Prescribe medications and treatments, and collaborate with
healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care. Advise patients on
health maintenance and disease prevention. Facilitate referrals to
other healthcare professionals as needed. Strong diagnostic skills
Expertise in clinical practices and protocols Ability to handle a
large patient volume while maintaining high standards of care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Solid
organizational and time management skills Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current state license as a Nurse
Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Certification from either the
American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the National
Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
BLS/ACLS certification.
