Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Germantown, TN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,131 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Germantown, Tennessee, 38138! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent experience required, with at least one completed travel assignment License: Active RN license in the state or compact license Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Med-Surg experience - One year of travel experience Description: This position is in a medical-surgical overflow unit. It includes caring for patients post-surgery and in observation. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:6/7. The unit is transitioning to team nursing, incorporating LPNs to support this change. All travelers must comply with guidelines set forth by the relevant compact. RTO restrictions apply; all requests for time off must be included with initial submission. Travelers must be willing to work during critical holidays if they fall within the assignment period. RNs may float between similar units and campuses as needed. Two or more years of experience is required for all specialties, with a preference for three or more. Cerner experience is preferred.
