opportunity located in Coahoma, TX, suitable for registered nurses
experienced in emergency care. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
comprehensive nursing care to Emergency Room patients, applying the
Nursing Process in accordance with state regulations and
institutional policies. Exercise critical thinking and clinical
judgment to prioritize patient care and respond effectively to
emergencies. Demonstrate leadership by delegating tasks and
supervising nursing staff to maintain high-quality patient care.
Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and
trainings relevant to emergency nursing. Collaborate with the
healthcare team to ensure coordinated, compassionate care.
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current Registered Nurse
(RN) licensure. Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.
Experience working in an Emergency Room or acute care setting.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced
environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
