Job Description Part-Time Medical Director | Alamo & Brownsville, Tennessee Position Type: Part-Time (10 Days/Month) | W2 Employment Compensation: $110/hour $4,500 Monthly Director Stipend | No Cap on Productivity About the Opportunity: Join a mission-driven organization as a Part-Time Primary Care Medical Director, overseeing operations and providing clinical services at rural health clinics in Alamo and Brownsville, Tennessee. This role offers flexibility, leadership, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in rural healthcare delivery. Position Details: Approximately 10 days per month (1–2 days per week oversight 2 clinical days per month) No call responsibilities Clinic hours: Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM; Friday 7:30 AM–11:30 AM Provide oversight and mentorship to nurse practitioners and physician assistants Lead monthly clinician meetings to address clinical operations and quality initiatives Conduct quarterly chart reviews and annual performance evaluations of APCs Provide direct patient care as scheduled and per contract Qualifications: MD or DO with minimum of 2 years of primary care experience Active and unrestricted Tennessee medical license and DEA (or in process) Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills Compensation & Benefits: Hourly rate: $110/hour with no cap on productivity Monthly director stipend: $4,500 (inclusive of both clinic locations) W2 employment with full administrative and operational support Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage
