• Certification Details
• Epic experience within the last 12 months is required.
• Interventional Radiology experience is mandatory.
• Certifications such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, EFM, and other relevant certifications may be required as per the job description (JD).
• Various certifications and health document requirements including Fit Mask, Negative TB or Chest X-Ray, vaccinations for Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Drug Testing, Flu Seasonal Vaccination/Documentation, COVID19 Vaccines/Exemptions.
  • Job Details
  • Hours worked weekday will be be a mix of 12's (7a-7:30p), 10's (7:30a-6p), and 8's (8a-4:30p) 36-40 hrs a week.
  • On-call coverage as needed by the department, Saturday coverage as needed by the department.
  • Epic experience within the last 12-months required
  • Minimum of 1 year of Interventional Radiology experience is required.
  • They CANNOT approve any RTO within 9/27-10/13 due to the Epic Go-Live.
  • Holiday RTO will not be approved and it can be discussed with manager at the time of schedule being created.

    • Required to work a mix of 12, 10, and 8-hour shifts totaling 36-40 hours a week.
    • Need to have Epic experience within the last 12 months.

      • The schedule will include a mix of 12-hour, 10-hour, and 8-hour shifts.
      • On-call and Saturday coverage may be required as needed by the department.
