Communities is a network of 29 skilled nursing and rehab
facilities. We treat patients recovering from illness, injury or

Nurse (RN) Responsibilities: The purpose of this position is to
administer house and physician/physician assistant/nurse
practitioner prescribed treatments to residents, as well as
supporting the charge nurse in the care-giving needs of the
residents. Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- Currently licensed in the state of Tennessee or compact state
as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current CPR certification
- Job will require frequent lifting of objects up to 50
pounds
- Supervise support staff including training, scheduling and
assigning work; reviewing performance and assisting in
