We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient private practice part time in Jackson, TN. We are seeking a PA-NP to work 1 day per week within our physical medicine clinic. Our ideal candidate is a provider who is interested in or experienced in orthopedics, pain management, and-or regen medicine. Experience with joint injections is a plus but we will provide training.
We are a physical medicine office, and we utilize natural regenerative cellular therapies to treat our patients acute and chronic pain and injuries. The PA-NP duties include joint and trigger point injections.

The NP-PAs examine patients and perform joint and trigger point injections in our physical medicine office.
Duties:
Patient exams-consultations, focused musculoskeletal exam (HPI, physical exam, review pertinent medical records-imaging-reports)
Evaluate Clinical Data
Order and review appropriate tests-imaging-records (read and interpret X-ray and MRI)
Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
Patient education as to diagnosis and treatment plan options
Consultation with the Supervisory physician as needed
Documentation- timely and accurate
Treatments to include Joint and trigger point injections (we will provide training)
Performs all treatments for established patients under care
Prescribes pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens as appropriate
Refers patients to specialists and other relevant patient care components as appropriate
Assist in the direction of the management of the patients care

Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited PA or NP program
PA-NP license in TN
Prior clinical experience preferred
Experience in Joint and Trigger point injections a plus (training will also be provided)
Orthopedic- Physical Med and Rehab or Family Medicine background is preferred

Schedule:
One day per week (Wednesday)

Compensation:
$550-$700 per day
