We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Leader to
spearhead the implementation of our digital infrastructure for our
state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. As the IT Project Leader,
you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing IT
strategies to support our ambitious growth plans and ensure
seamless operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to

selected for this position will be required to be located within or
near the Memphis Metropolitan Area where the plant will be located
(Marshall County, MS).Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects,
ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including
engineering, operations, and finance to identify IT requirements
and prioritize projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope,
milestones, resource allocation, and budget estimation.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, monitoring
progress and addressing any deviations to ensure successful
delivery.
- Oversee vendor selection and management, including negotiation
of contracts and service level agreements.
- Implement robust IT infrastructure, including ERP systems,
manufacturing execution systems (MES), cybersecurity measures, and
data analytics platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize IT
processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to IT team members, fostering
a culture of innovation, collaboration, and
excellence.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science,
or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (X years) leading IT projects in a
manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive or energy
sector.
- Strong technical expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle),
MES, cybersecurity, networking, and cloud computing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from inception
to completion, delivering results on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all
levels of the organization.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving innovation and
leveraging technology to achieve business objectives.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a
