This is a high-priority, immediate hire —we’re looking for someone who can step in confidently, lead a team, and keep the property running at its best from day one. What You’ll Earn & Enjoy: We offer one of the most competitive compensation and benefits packages in property management: $25.00–$28.00/hour (DOE) Up to $1,000 quarterly bonus potential $100/week on-call bonus Full-time, year-round stability (no seasonal layoffs) Benefits starting at low cost: Medical insurance (BCBS) starting around $45/month FREE dental & life insurance Vision additional coverage options 401(k) with 3% company match Additional Perks: 20% rent discount (restrictions apply) Up to 160 hours PTO more paid holidays than federal standard Tool, boot & work pant reimbursement Tuition reimbursement & paid training 3-week paid sabbatical program Referral bonuses ($500–$1,000) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM On-call rotation: 1 week every 3 weeks What You’ll Do: This is a working supervisor role —you’ll lead by example while staying hands-on: Oversee and complete work orders & apartment turns Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and carpentry Lead and execute preventive maintenance programs Supervise, train, and support maintenance team members Maintain grounds and assist with seasonal needs (including snow removal) Partner with Property Manager on projects, budgets, and capital improvements Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards ? What You Bring: We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running : ?? 4 years of maintenance experience (apartment/multifamily preferred) ?? Prior supervisory or leadership experience ?? Strong skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs ?? HVAC & EPA Certification REQUIRED ?? CPO Certification Preferred ??
