Job Description Job Description Apartment Maintenance Technician Marianna, FL $19–$20/hr | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a local community in the Marianna, FL area. This role is ideal for someone with strong general maintenance skills who can complete work orders, support turnovers, and keep the property in excellent condition. Responsibilities: Complete daily work orders and general repairs Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and basic appliance troubleshooting Assist with unit turns/make-readies Maintain cleanliness and functionality of common areas Provide excellent customer service to residents Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently Requirements: Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience Reliable transportation Basic hand tools Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Strong communication and problem-solving skills Schedule & Pay: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM $19–$20 per hour , depending on experience If you or anyone you know is interested, please apply today for immediate consideration.
